In case a driver is needed Avis offers you the chauffer service, which has a separate fee except the car rental’s fee.

Airport Service
In the Airport Service, Avis can offer:
• Pick you up when you arrive at the airport.
• Drop you off at the airport when you leave.
• Hand in the car at the Airport (Be aware! Before you should notify the office where you rented the car).

Technical Assistance (24 hours)
Avis can be always near to their clients if there is any technical problem. You can phone at any time, and we can repair or substitute the car that you have already rented.

Mobile Rent
If you are interested you can rent mobile phones for a period that you would like.

Border Crossing
To cross the border you should have this additional documents:
• Notarized Authorization that allows you to drive the rented car outside Albania.
• Car Insurance obligatory when you travel with the rented car abroad.
(The above documents can be prepared in the Avis office if it is requested).
• You are obligated to return the car in Albania otherwise the chauffer service is required.
• Unauthorized border crossing is not allowed.

Delivery and Collection of Avis vehicles
Delivery (or Collection) of the vehicle from / to the place that you would like.
• In Tirana delivering or collecting fee is 18 Euro
• Outside the capital city of Tirana the fee is 18 Euro + 1.20 Euro/KM.
